Questions families ask on the first call.
Plain answers to the questions we hear most often. If you have one we haven't answered here, the phone is always the fastest way.
-
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando and serve Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard counties. Every request is subject to caregiver and schedule availability; Brevard visits depend on a nearby caregiver match.
-
What are your rates?
Our rates vary based on the level of care that is needed. For couples, please speak to admin for more information. The phone is the fastest way to get a tailored quote.
-
Will I have a consistent caregiver?
Consistency is key, and we pride ourselves on being flexible. We strive to maintain a high level of communication so that your needs are always being met. When we do need to send a different caregiver, the family knows in advance.
-
What does the intake process look like?
The intake process starts with an in-home consultation where we get to know the client and their family. We review the service agreement and create a tailored care plan for our caregivers to follow.
-
What is the minimum shift?
Most recurring companion and personal-care visits require a six-hour minimum. Minimums for sitter, overnight, transportation, and specialty schedules may differ, so we confirm the applicable minimum before you sign a service agreement.
-
Are you licensed in Florida?
Yes. Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration lists Dynasty Senior Care as a licensed Home Health Agency, license number 299995643, with a Non-Skilled Services Only designation. Our listed services are Home Health Aide and Homemaker.
-
Do you accept insurance?
Participation, eligibility, authorization, covered hours, and client responsibility vary by carrier and plan. Call us with your plan information so we can confirm current participation before services begin; your plan makes the final coverage decision.
-
Are caregivers employees or contractors?
Every caregiver is a W-2 employee of Dynasty Senior Care. We do not use independent-contractor caregivers. Employment screening and credentials are reviewed before assignment.
-
Can we meet the caregiver before they start?
Yes. We arrange a meet-and-greet before the first paid visit, and if the fit isn't right after the first few sessions we'll send someone else. No awkward conversation required.
-
What hours do you cover?
Visit schedules depend on the service, care plan, caregiver match, and current availability. Most recurring companion and personal-care visits require a six-hour minimum. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and our call line is staffed 24/7.
-
Can we change or cancel services?
Your service agreement explains scheduling, notice, cancellation, and billing terms. We review those terms before service begins and can discuss care-plan changes with you at any time.
Start with a call. We're here to listen.
During office hours, calls go directly to our team. After hours, our on-call line is available.
